Avoid Dentist/Butcher Timothy Morris of Christie Dental in Merritt Island, FL

Dr. Morris affected my life dramatically in the last two years. I hope you don't make the same mistake and hopefully get a chance to research the doctor before you even consider being treated by this butcher called Timothy Morris of Christie Dental in Merritt Island. I did not realize that he had such a bad reputation in this profession and initiated an orthodontic treatment with him, which turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life. After reviewing this comment, you can then decide if Timothy Morris is a dentist or a butcher? If you have any questions about my treatment with this doctor (!) or if you need to see how my X-Rays look, you can e-mail me at avoidtimmorris@gmail.com anytime. Before I get into the details of my treatments with him, I will summarize the injuries I had as a consequence of his treatments:
1) I lost tooth. One of my perfectly healthy teeth was extracted since Morris does not quite understand how orthodontic forces work. The tooth was distally inclined during my orthodontic treatment and was eventually extracted by present oral surgeon.
2) I lost bone. I lost a moderate amount of bone around the impacted area and ended up with having a graft surgery.
3) I had alignment issues and my midline was off by 4 mm at the end of his orthodontic treatment. I am now going through another orthodontic treatment with a qualified orthodontist to get these issues fixed.
4) I ended up with getting 3 crowns for no reason (i.e. all teeth were healthy)
5) Dr. Morris, the great dentist, placed a seven unit dental bridge over my distally inclined tooth. I had lots of pain and suffering for nine months with this crappy bridge and my current dentist ended up with sectioning the bridge as soon as he took my panoramic X-ray. The distally inclined tooth is extracted as I mentioned before.
Details: I was referred to Dr. Timothy Morris' office by Dr. Abdelmonem's Christie Dental office on Feb 08. I had an impacted tooth which needed to be treated and I was told that Invisaling was not a feasible orthodontic option for me due to the need for forced eruption of the impacted tooth. Dr. Morris treated me between dates 03/08 and 02/09. As a consequence of this treatment I lost a healthy tooth (not the impacted one) which Dr. Timothy Morris ended up with extruding and I also lost a moderate amount of bone in the impacted area and had various new alignment issues. My previously healthy tooth was extracted on 4/10 and a graft surgery was performed in the same area on the same date. The biggest problem was that I did not know about these injuries at that time, and I also did not know that a reconstructive operation is not recommended immediately following an orthodontic treatment, so I accepted Morris' offer to place a seven unit bridge (4 anchorage and 3 abutment with 2 abutments combined) in the impacted area on 02/09.Dr. Morris performed the bridge operation (did not even take an X-Ray prior to the operation) which was the start of my real pain and suffering that lasted for more than 9 months. I had continuous pain and discomfort with the bridge and eventually, after 15 dentist visits to create a dental bridge, I terminated my doctor-patient relation with Morris and found a qualified dentist to continue my treatments. My new dentist took my pan X-Ray and he was shocked with what he saw in my radiograph. The bridge was placed over an extruded tooth and I had been having all the discomfort in that area for almost a year for this very specific reason. My new dentist sectioned the bridge right away and I started a new orthodontic treatment with a qualified orthodontist. Morris extruded my tooth during the orthodontic treatment and then placed a dental bridge over this extruded tooth to hide the injury and temporarily stabilized this very loose and mobile tooth. OK before I forget, you might be wondering what happened to the impacted tooth. The answer is: nothing. My current orthodontist is trying to save the impacted tooth. Now going back the original question: Is Timothy Morris a doctor or a butcher?
